Implementation Consultant

You will:
As a Core Implementation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS platform for enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, integration, deployment, and adoption. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with a high standard of quality.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing complex SaaS implementations from initiation through production go-live.
Customer Implementation & Delivery
•
Manage the complete SaaS deployment lifecycle for enterprise clients, from initial kickoff through final production.
•
Formulate comprehensive rollout strategies, including project timelines, critical milestones, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
•
Lead launch meetings to define project scope, governance structures, success metrics, and manage stakeholder objectives.
•
Execute high-quality delivery across multiple simultaneous customer engagements.
•
Liaise with clients to capture, confirm, and archive both business and technical specifications.
•
Convert complex business needs into actionable configuration steps and implementation roadmaps.
•
Guarantee that all project artifacts satisfy established quality benchmarks and deadline commitments.
•
Oversee project interdependencies and resolve any obstacles to successful platform adoption.
•
Direct production readiness assessments and supervise client go-live procedures.
•
Perform project wrap-up evaluations and facilitate seamless handoffs to Support and Customer Success teams.
Project Management
•
Take ownership of project scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk identification, and change management processes.
•
Monitor project health using standard methodologies and transparent reporting tools.
•
Spot potential project threats early to apply effective preventative measures.
•
Bring urgent matters to leadership attention along with proposed resolution paths.
•
Ensure implementation documentation is updated and accurate throughout the project life cycle.
•
Organize routine status updates for both internal teams and external partners.
•
Update implementation trackers and provide precise visibility into project advancement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
•
Partner with Product teams to convey customer requirements and suggest platform enhancements.
•
Collaborate with Engineering to align on technical prerequisites and release cycles.
•
Consult with Solution Architects to confirm the viability of proposed technical designs.
•
Sync with Customer Success Managers to guarantee a frictionless post-implementation experience.
•
Engage with Sales during project initiation to confirm implementation preparedness.
•
Jointly establish operational readiness with Support teams prior to client launch.
Customer Stakeholder Management
•
Act as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related client communications.
•
Cultivate reliable partnerships with client project leads and executive sponsors.
•
Deliver prompt updates regarding project risks, milestones, and pending actions.
•
Lead sessions to facilitate decision-making and secure necessary client sign-offs.
•
Maintain alignment of customer expectations throughout the onboarding journey.
•
Encourage client adoption by sharing implementation expertise and industry best practices.
Process Excellence
•
Refine and enhance delivery frameworks, playbooks, templates, and standard protocols.
•
Uncover ways to boost delivery speed and streamline implementation workflows.
•
Unified implementation records and shared knowledge assets.
•
Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement for the implementation team.
•
Document insights from completed projects to inform and improve future engagements.
Quality & Compliance
•
Verify that all deployment tasks adhere to internal privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
•
Audit delivery quality prior to handoff for customer use.
•
Confirm the presence of exhaustive documentation for every delivery project.
•
Uphold strict adherence to established project governance protocols.
Success Milestones
Within 6 Months
•
Competently direct several full-cycle SaaS deployments with minimal guidance.
•
Ensure at least 90% of assigned engagements meet their target completion dates.
•
Establish robust partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success stakeholders.
•
Show mastery of delivery frameworks, governance standards, and project tools.
•
Keep implementation records current and comprehensive for all projects.
•
Receive commendable feedback from clients regarding their onboarding experience.
Within 12 Months
•
Manage extensive and multifaceted enterprise implementation programs autonomously.
•
Consistently hit delivery milestones across a portfolio of concurrent engagements.
•
Shorten onboarding cycles by implementing workflow efficiencies.
•
Guide new team members in mastering delivery best practices.
•
Achieve tangible gains in client satisfaction during the implementation phase.
•
Serve as a reliable consultant for both internal teams and customer partners.
Within 18 Months
•
Direct high-stakes implementation efforts across various global regions or business segments.
•
Lead the charge on standardizing delivery processes and driving operational excellence.
•
Add value to the implementation framework and internal best practice repositories.
•
Optimize delivery predictability and client happiness through data-driven process changes.
•
Assist leadership in strategic planning, resource modeling, and delivery roadmaps.
Measures of Success
•
Ratio of projects completed within the originally committed timeframes.
•
Customer sentiment scores specifically related to the implementation journey.
•
Volume of successful live production environments launched.
•
Frequency and severity of project delays or stakeholder escalations.
•
Delivery quality indicators, such as post-launch issue frequency.
•
Quality and thoroughness of project-related documentation.
•
Satisfaction levels reported by both external and internal project stakeholders.
•
Smoothness of project transitions to Customer Success without lingering issues.
•
Impact on overall implementation efficiency and process improvements.
Your team will:
Deliver enterprise-scale SaaS implementations for global customers across multiple industries.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Support teams.
Solve complex customer onboarding, configuration, integration, and deployment challenges.
Drive customer adoption through structured implementation methodologies and best practices.
Continuously improve implementation processes, governance models, and delivery standards.
Support strategic customer initiatives that directly contribute to customer retention and business growth.
Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on operational excellence and customer success.
About you:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a technically relevant discipline.
•
A background in overseeing the full deployment lifecycle of enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
•
Successful track record of managing client-facing projects from initial kickoff through production sign-off.
•
Capacity to configure, test, and verify complex platform workflows that align with unique business needs.
•
Proficiency in project scheduling, risk identification, change management, and transparent stakeholder reporting.
•
Skill in synchronizing efforts across Product, Engineering, Success, and Support teams.
•
Exceptional communication capabilities with a mastery of professional English.
•
Ability to direct a portfolio of simultaneous customer engagements while upholding deadline commitments.
•
Superior skills in crafting implementation artifacts, delivering presentations, and managing client interactions.
•
Experience capturing business prerequisites and converting them into technical configurations and roadmaps.
•
Familiarity with standard project management methodologies and tracking software.
•
Strong analytical mindset for diagnosing and resolving complex implementation obstacles.
•
Competence in maintaining alignment of expectations while securing project scope and quality benchmarks.
•
Availability to support the designated US operational window from 7:00 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST.
•
Commitment to our hybrid collaboration model, requiring office attendance at least three (3) days weekly.
Preferred Skills:
•
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
•
Experience implementing customer data, marketing technology, advertising technology, cloud platforms, or enterprise SaaS products.
•
Experience working with enterprise customers across global markets.
•
Familiarity with API integrations, data onboarding, cloud technologies, or system integrations.
•
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project management tools.
•
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
•
Knowledge of customer onboarding methodologies and change management practices.
•
Experience preparing executive-level project reports and presentations.
