We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join as a founding engineer at Asha Health, a YC-backed startup building an AI OS for outpatient care. You’d be engineer #5-6, working directly with the CTO and owning entire product surfaces end-to-end — acting as your own PM, designer, and engineer all in one. Engineering is the #1 lever here: contracted ARR is piling up faster than the team can build, so every line of code directly moves the business. What will you be doing?
Responsibilities

Owning features end-to-end — from product definition and UX decisions to backend implementation and shipping — with no PM defining every step for you

Building and scaling core backend systems powering Asha’s AI clinic platform in a 0-to-1 environment

Working directly with the CTO daily to architect and deliver against rapidly growing customer demand
•
Splitting your time roughly 50/50 between writing code and defining product direction, leveraging AI tools to maximize output
