**Tasks:**1) Respond to customer inquiries from potential buyers and sellers on Flippa platform
2) Review existing data/documentation to answer customer questions without needing to ask Jared
3) Engage with sellers to gather additional information when needed
4) CRM data entry and cleanup
5) Outbound prospecting through Flippa’s AI-assisted system (clicking through lists, sending pre-written emails)
6) Pre-qualify leads and book calls for Jared
7) Flag any inquiries with commercial/financial discrepancies for client’s review
