Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. Project Management Certification or Six Sigma Black Belt a plus. Advanced expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Flow & Pull Systems, and Level Loading a plus.
Experience: 6–10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing systems, including 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of driving both technical and cross-functional improvement initiatives, with experience in large-scale Kaizen events or transformation projects considered a plus. Proficiency in time studies, work measurement, and ergonomics preferred. Skilled at translating data into actionable strategies, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of factory simulation software (e.g., FlexSim) preferred, and experience applying Choosing By Advantages (CBA) in decision-making is a plus.
Strong ERP and MES expertise required, with Acumatica experience preferred.
Travel: up to 25% depending on business needs
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.
