KPI Solutions is seeking an on-shore Workflow Architect to lead the design, migration, and simplification of business processes across our Opto WES platform. This role owns the technical direction of KPI’s workflow orchestration domain and provides day-to-day technical leadership to CapBPM, KPI’s business process management (BPM) and workflow development partner.
In practice, this means building and governing workflows using business process management and mapping tools, leading migrations between workflow engines, and driving the adoption of no-code process design so that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can build, understand, and maintain workflows with confidence. The Workflow Architect is the single accountable technical authority for workflow across KPI Solutions.
About the CapBPM Partnership
CapBPM is a business process management and mapping tool provider specializing in Camunda BPM, workflow migration, and no-code process design. KPI Solutions maintains a documented partnership with CapBPM in which CapBPM’s engineering team supports and extends KPI’s BPM and automation initiatives — building and maintaining the workflow logic that powers the Opto WES platform.
The Workflow Architect sits at the center of this partnership: setting the architectural standards and roadmap that CapBPM’s team builds against, reviewing their designs and deliverables for quality and platform alignment, and ensuring that workflow migrations and no-code process initiatives are executed consistently and at the right level of technical rigor. This is a dual-mandate role — architectural ownership of the workflow domain, paired with direct technical leadership of the CapBPM delivery team.
