To Train newcomers / Juniors for functional and technical knowledge

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) with a good background of software development with a minimum IT experience of 7-10 years preferably in Java/J2EE applications

Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Junit

Experience in Web technologies (struts, spring MVC)
