GE Healthcare Japan is seeking a Material Logistics Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials within the OEC manufacturing team by coordinating procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities, contributing to overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory management systems
•
Coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials
•
Identify material shortages or excess inventory and propose/implement corrective actions
•
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between material demand and supply
•
Ensure compliance with GE quality standards and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree or higher
•
Minimum of 2 years of experience in material logistics or inventory management
•
Knowledge of supply chain software and inventory management systems
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
•
