Key Responsibilities (R&R)

Salesforce Effectiveness

•

Monitor and report commercial performance against agreed salesforce KPIs to continuously drive best-in-class efficiency and effectiveness.

•

Contribute to the definition of business objectives and sales incentives plan.

•

Propose sales incentive plan for discussion with HR and local sales management.

•

Participate in the communication of these proposals to the sales departments.

Sales Capability & Training

•

Support sales capability development through SFE related training and communication.

•

Ensure alignment and adoption of KPI logic, CRM usage, and commercial process across sales teams.

•

Cooperate with HR to design and implement commercial training to build team capability.

Sales Performance Management

•

Monitor sales KPI achievement and performance trends.

•

Support target setting, sales incentive calculation, calibration, and KPI performance tracking.

•

Analyze call productivity, outlet coverage, and execution quality.

•

Recommend actions to improve sales execution effectiveness.

CRM & System Governance

•

Manage CRM governance and user adoption.

•

Ensure customer master and sales data accuracy.

•

Coordinate system enhancement and issue resolution.

Commercial Projects

•

Support strategic commercial projects, and transformation initiatives.

•

Coordinate with Global/APAC teams on SFE initiatives.
