Support Center - IrvingUnder the supervision of the Manager – Store Planning, the Sr. Set Up Specialist will create and execute a training program for all Set Up The Set Up Specialist’s responsibility is the completion of all activities required for a new store, relocation, remodel or other assigned project types, from delivery through store opening and the implementation of all Michaels Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices.
A Set Up Specialist leads the store management and store team through project execution as the process expert. Follows up on execution of all project related tasks. They ensure that their project is 100% finished and customer ready prior to completion date.
They lead cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and define project goals, acting as the central point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
