Key Responsibilities
· Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint application by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming.
· Remove contaminants and ensure surfaces meet quality standards before painting.
· Assist painters with vehicle movement, material preparation, and shop organization.
· Perform final cleaning and inspection of vehicles prior to paint application.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
· Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements
· Previous automotive paint preparation experience preferred but not required.
