All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 5 years in the medical industry or other manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA/HMI systems, and automation inspection system.
• Proven in managing projects (i.e. project/machine transfer)
• Strong command of English for internal and external communication
• Good leadership and collaboration abilities
• Industry experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing are preferred
• Open to candidates from other manufacturing sectors with a strong, relevant track record
