About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing family. As an After School Enrichment Educator, youâll be the spark that makes after-school hours the best part of a studentâs day!
This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. Itâs ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.
Schedule & Compensation
The program runs until June 4 2027.

Substitute Instructor: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (as needed) across various activities, includingCooking, Dance, STEM, Martial Arts, Sports, Spanish, and Crafts.
Compensation: $30 / hour
In this role, you will:

Supervise Elementary or Middle school students.

Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
â˘
Plan and lead engaging recreational activities
â˘
Assist students with homework and academic support as needed
â˘
Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
â˘
Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
â˘
Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
â˘
Organize and oversee snack time and outdoor play
â˘
Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe
Requirements

18+ years of age
â˘
Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)

Authorization to work in the US
â˘
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
