Job Description Summary
As a Clinical Application Specialist – Patient Monitoring, you will support the adoption and optimization of monitoring solutions across acute care environments. You will deliver clinical training and workflow support to end-users, helping improve patient care and clinical efficiency.
You will partner with customers and internal teams to provide a consistent, high-quality experience across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sale support to implementation and post-go-live optimization. This is a national role supporting customers across Canada.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
•
Deliver clinical training and support during implementations, go-lives, and optimization engagements
•
Partner with customers to improve workflows and drive best practices
•
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
•
Maintain strong knowledge of monitoring solutions and clinical applications
•
Demonstrate a customer-first mindset, accountability, and continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
•
Associate degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of clinical experience
•
Registered Nurse (RN)) with active registration with the applicable provincial regulatory body e.g ((NNPBC), (BCCNM) Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses (CACCN))
•
Experience delivering clinical education or training
•
Strong communication and presentation skills
•
Ability to travel extensively (60%+), including overnights
•
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
•
Compliance with GE HealthCare quality, vaccination, and Spirit & Letter requirements
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience with patient monitoring systems in acute care
•
Experience with critical care patient monitoring
•
Strong facilitation and organizational skills
•
Bilingual English/French is an asset
•
The ideal candidate will be located in the Vancouver Metro area and/or near a major international airport
