A strong product management track record — you have shipped complex products in technically demanding environments, ideally in financial products, payments, or adjacent infrastructure-heavy domains.
Someone who is energized by owning a problem fully: the roadmap, the execution, the partner relationships, and the results.
Deep comfort with technical complexity — you don’t need to write the code, but you need to understand the architecture, ask the right questions, and earn the respect of strong engineers.
Experience working with external partners and translating commercial relationships into concrete product requirements and execution plans.
Strong AI product sensibility — you understand how to build AI-powered systems, not just use them, and you’re actively thinking about where AI reshapes fintech’s value stack.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; you can make a complicated idea land simply, and a simple idea feel consequential.
Low ego, high ownership. This role requires someone who gets things done without needing the credit — and who can lead without direct authority as often as with it.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree a plus.
Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading senior-level initiatives or managing PMs at high-growth payments, fintech, marketplace, or large-scale consumer technology companies.
