Experienced Physical Therapist
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist
Salary: $85K–$90K/year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Caseload: Approximately 1–2 patients per hour
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
We are seeking an experienced outpatient Physical Therapist who is comfortable making independent clinical decisions throughout a patient’s course of care.
The work begins with determining why a patient is having difficulty moving or functioning. From there, you will identify the impairments that should be addressed first, select appropriate treatment strategies, and evaluate how the patient responds over time.
As the patient’s condition changes, you will decide when to advance exercises, introduce new functional activities, modify the plan, or prepare the individual for discharge.
