About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer coordination.
This is a fast-paced, execution-focused recruiting role for someone who knows how to find strong candidates, evaluate talent effectively, and keep multiple hiring pipelines moving at the same time.

What You’ll Own
Full-Cycle Recruiting
•
Manage hiring from initial role intake through offer acceptance
•
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand:

Hiring timelines
•
Create and optimize job descriptions to improve visibility and applicant flow
•
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously
•
Keep hiring processes moving without missed follow-ups or unnecessary delays
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Proactively source active and passive candidates using:
•
LinkedIn Recruiter
•
Indeed
•
Glassdoor
•
Boolean search
•
Niche and industry-specific job boards
You’ll also:
•
Build targeted candidate pipelines
•
Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
•
Conduct candidate outreach campaigns
•
Engage passive talent with personalized messaging

Maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Candidate Screening & Interviewing
•
Conduct structured phone and video interviews
•
Evaluate candidates based on:

Administer assessments or screening exercises when required
•
Prepare clear candidate summaries and hiring recommendations

Candidate Experience & Communication

Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process
•
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
•
Prepare candidates for client and hiring-manager interviews
•
Manage interview reminders, rescheduling, and follow-ups
•
Provide timely updates and feedback
•
Deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience from first contact through offer
Client & Hiring Manager Coordination
•
Provide regular pipeline and hiring updates
•
Share market feedback around:
•
Candidate availability
•
Compensation
•
Talent quality
•
Hiring challenges
•
Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions
•
Support hiring decisions through structured candidate evaluations
•
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal hiring stakeholders
Offer Management & Onboarding Support
•
Draft and coordinate employment offers
•
Present offers professionally to selected candidates
•
Support compensation discussions and negotiations
•
Maintain candidate engagement through acceptance
•
Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring handoffs
Recruiting Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruiting data across ATS platforms such as:
•
Greenhouse
•
Lever
•
JazzHR
•
iCIMS
Track recruiting KPIs including:
•
Time-to-fill
•
Source effectiveness
•
Candidate pipeline health
•
Interview conversion rates
•
Offer acceptance

Hiring progress
Ensure ATS records, candidate notes, and pipeline stages remain accurate and up to date.
Required Experience & Skills
Recruiting Experience
•
2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
•
Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
•
Strong hands-on candidate sourcing experience
•
Experience conducting recruiter screens and structured interviews
•
Ability to manage candidates throughout the complete recruiting lifecycle
Sourcing Skills
Strong experience with:

LinkedIn Recruiter
•
Boolean search
•
Job boards
•
Passive candidate sourcing

Candidate outreach

Talent pipeline development
ATS & Recruiting Technology
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as:
