Our Technology Associate Programme (TAP) is an exclusive three-year talent programme designed for you to build a strong foundation towards becoming a technology leader. You will be groomed and nurtured to build in-depth expertise in the technology, solve nation-wide problems with our technology leaders, a making an impact on the lives of people in Singapore.
As a Technology Associate in Design, you’ll begin your career designing digital services and products that improve the everyday lives of people in Singapore.
You’ll build a strong foundation in user-centred design while working alongside experienced designers, product managers and engineers on real products used by millions. Through structured rotations, mentorship and hands-on project experience, you’ll deepen your design craft, grow your confidence and gain exposure to different problem spaces across the public sector.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape your own growth in a supportive and collaborative environment. Along the way, you’ll receive guidance from experienced GovTech designers and technology leaders, learn alongside a cohort of like-minded associates, and benefit from curated development opportunities that help you build both your design expertise and leadership potential.
