Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients in collaborative and caring relationships, utilizing interpersonal skills and knowledge about recovery.
• Provide support through validation of experiences and feelings, exploring community roles, and celebrating client accomplishments.
• Promote coping skills for managing addictions and mental health symptoms while encouraging the use of natural supports.
• Deliver a person-centered treatment approach, personalizing recovery goals to align with clients’ hopes and preferences.
• Create a trauma-informed environment that emphasizes safety and empowers clients.
• Conduct face-to-face and telephone contacts with consumers from various crisis programs, establishing effective relationships.
• Attend scheduled meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Complete all documentation requirements by stated deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Crisis Services or designee.
• Review and follow the ACI Four Core Competencies.
