About the role
Latam Online Marketing is SumUp’s acquisition engine for Chile, driving 38% of new net revenue in H1 2026 through a mix of Card Reader, Tap to Pay and, more recently, inside sales motions. The team has already built the data foundations it needs; the next stage of growth depends on turning that data into sharper offers, faster website experiments and stronger full-funnel execution. This role sits at the centre of that shift, combining analysis with hands-on delivery to unlock the channel’s next growth plateau.
What you’ll do
•
Lead cross-functional growth projects from business case and unit-economics scenarios through to implementation and impact measurement
•
Own website conversion-rate optimisation end to end, including funnel diagnosis, experiment design, landing-page implementation, tracking and QA
•
Build and maintain dashboards, run SQL analysis, and audit attribution or tracking issues, coordinating fixes with technical teams when needed
•
Use AI to speed up analysis, automation and operational workflows, with appropriate quality checks
•
Contribute to paid-media platform management, building toward greater ownership over time
You’ll be great for this role if…
•
Experience turning data and unit-economics analysis into clear, actionable growth recommendations
•
Strong knowledge of SQL and BI or dashboarding tools, with comfort building and maintaining reliable reporting
•
Track record of leading cross-functional projects from diagnosis through to delivery and measurable impact
•
Ability to design and run website or CRO experiments, from hypothesis to tracking to results analysis
•
Fluency in professional English, alongside structured problem-solving and a hands-on, ownership-driven approach
