We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Growth team, who will be willing to work in a dynamic multi-cultural local and regional environment with a global company
In this role, you will work directly with the Growth BD Director to bridge the gap between initial lead generation and the delivery of the right CX solutions. You will be instrumental in nurturing prospects who are looking to innovate their experience build, design, and data strategies.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. CX Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
•
Outreach & Prospecting: Run multi-channel outreach to identify and qualify prospect brands, pinpoint key decision makers in each account, and send targeted messages and emails to secure first-meeting opportunities.
•
Pre-Research & Opportunity Mapping: Research prospects from the outreach target list, summarize the key points that signal selling opportunities, and support ongoing client meetings as needed.
•
MQL Nurturing: Own the follow-up process for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from Merkle’s global events and CX insight reports (e.g., CX Imperatives).
•
Cadence Management & Database Maintenance: Maintain lead nurturing sequences and CRM records for prospects interested in CX/MarTech, CRM, loyalty, and personalization, and run cadences per the BD Director’s strategy.
•
Event Support: Assist with CX event coordination and lead capture initiatives.
2. Client Engagement & Solution Pitching
•
CX Solution Support: Support the BD Director in showing how our data-driven approach builds better customer experiences.
•
Consultative Presentation: Present MarTech and CX solutions to clients in both English and Thai, focusing on how we design and build seamless end-to-end customer journeys.
•
Market Insight: Stay current on global and local CX trends to act as a knowledgeable advisor during early client interactions.
•
Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior team members, write meeting minutes, summarize key points, and share follow-up notes with both clients and the internal team.
3. Sales Operations & Legal Coordination
•
Documentation Management: Handle the end-to-end process for sales-related legal documents (NDAs, SOWs, Service Agreements) across CX pitching.
•
Contract Oversight: Manage the internal approval process to keep the legal foundation of our client partnerships secure and efficient.
•
CRM Hygiene: Keep accurate records of the CX sales funnel to provide clear data for growth forecasting.
•
Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly pipeline summaries and lead status reports.
