· Sell ticketed sports including, but not limited to Men and Women’s Basketball, and a full menu of products
· Generate revenue through renewals, cross-selling, upgrades, add-ons, group tickets and experiences, partial/mini-plan packages, single game tickets, and stand-alone donations
· Prospect and maintain relationships with current and past customers, cold leads, local businesses, and individuals via phone, email, text, in-person appointments, and networking events
· Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily, while meeting or exceeding established sales activity and revenue goals
· Manage and retain a large account base including premium seating, season ticket members, and group sales, executing retention programs and building long-term relationships
· Set and execute out-of-office and arena tour appointments to grow relationships and revenue within the current fan base
· Service general fan questions and convert inquiries into ticket packages
· Utilize strategic ticketing programs, promotions, and sales strategies to drive season ticket revenue
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospects and customers within the ticketing database
· Work home games and season ticket member events, performing various sales and service duties
· Provide exceptional customer service to all fans, donors, sponsors, and prospective buyers
