Sim is the first AI workspace for teams building agents. As a member of our core product team, you’ll own the whole picture: usability, reliability, and user experience, thought through end to end. Every product decision ripples through the platform, and you’ll always be asking how yours affects the performance of each module in Sim.

Compensation
$210K–$260K base plus 0.2%–0.8% equity.
