Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Earn products.

Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
•
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams, to ensure smooth product operations and effective campaign execution.
•
Monitor daily Earn product performance and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
•
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve assigned business KPIs and growth targets.
•
Track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives through data analysis, user insights, and feedback.
•
Support the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, and help onboard more clients to Earn products.
•
Develop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in the Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
•
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Earn, DeFi products.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
•
Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, Tradfi, or internet platforms.

Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.
•
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
•
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive decisions and optimize performance.
•
Strong sense of responsibility, KPI and result oriented.
•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external token project partners.
•
Experience working with VIP or institutional clients is a plus.
•
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
