About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at Avery Dennison, you will serve as the primary link between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer interactions, resolve complex inquiries, coordinate with supply chain and logistics functions, and drive client satisfaction and business growth within our Label and Packaging Materials Group division.

This is a hybrid position based at our Brwinów facility.
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inbound inquiries across multiple channels including email, phone, live chat, and online presentations.
•
Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.
•
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer complaints, order discrepancies, and technical issues efficiently.
•
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts, proactively identifying customer needs to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and solutions.
•
Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective and existing clients while meticulously tracking sales activities and customer data within the CRM.

Required:
•
Minimum of 6+ years of previous experience in an internal sales, or customer service function (ideally within the manufacturing/production industry).
•
Full fluency in Polish and English and Russian is considered a plus.
•
Valid driving license and access to your own car.

Pay Transparency Statement
The salary range for this position is 71,190 - 113,904 PLN / year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
