Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering, with 4-5 years experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization or project engineering. Able to plan scope, schedule, milestones, risks, resources, cost, and deliverables; able to lead technical projects. Process flow, work instructions, tooling/fixtures, line balancing, capacity planning, quality controls, validation, ramp-up, and production handover. Strong Excel, PowerPoint & AutoCAD, competent Word and Outlook; familiarity with a scheduling tool is a plus. Clear written and verbal communication, ability to translate technical issues into management updates.
