Your Role
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing customer quality activities, including customer complaint handling, containment and root cause analysis, ISIR/PPAP and 4M change approvals, customer audits, quality performance and claim management, and continuous improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality performance.
Requirements
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor degree.
2.
At least 10 Years of experience in a related industry.
3.
Good English skill in spoken and written.
