Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Position
We’re hiring Oregon-licensed LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs to provide full-time mental health care through telehealth. You’ll work directly with clients who need support with emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life challenges, providing consistent therapy from assessment through ongoing treatment.
What You’ll Do
•
Meet with clients virtually for individual psychotherapy sessions
•
Evaluate presenting concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment needs
•
Build practical treatment plans with measurable clinical goals
•
Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on each client’s condition and progress
•
Identify and diagnose behavioral health conditions within your professional scope
•
Review client outcomes and modify care plans when clinically appropriate
•
Maintain complete and timely progress notes, assessments, and other required records
•
Recognize safety concerns and follow established risk assessment and crisis protocols
•
Protect client privacy and follow Oregon licensing, telehealth, and professional practice standards
Requirements
•
Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related clinical field
•
Active and unrestricted Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
•
Previous experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services
•
Experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
•
Knowledge of professional ethics, confidentiality, and mandated reporting requirements
•
Strong written, verbal, and clinical documentation skills
•
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
•
Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
