We are looking for a passionate, organized, and energetic Boarding Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
About the role
The Boarding Manager handles the daily operations of our pet boarding and daycare facility. You will lead a team of animal caretakers, ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards, and interact directly with pet parents to deliver peace of mind.
Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a team of kennel technicians and daycare attendants.
Safety & Health: Monitor animal behavior and health, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate medical care if needed.

Inventory Control: Track and order food, cleaning solutions, and facility supplies within budget.
Requirements
Qualifications
•
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a pet boarding, veterinary, or dog daycare facility.
•
Management: 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
•
Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and basic computer proficiency.
•
Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (peak boarding times).
•
Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
