Role Overview
We are hiring a Talent Headhunting Partner to focus exclusively on headhunting passive talent — candidates who are currently employed and not actively seeking new opportunities.
Your mandate is to:

Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through tailored outbound strategies
•
Pre-qualify candidates to ensure strong role, compensation, and motivation alignment
•
Deliver a steady flow of high-quality, TA-ready candidates for active client roles
•
Adapt headhunting strategies based on pipeline health and feedback
Ownership over high-impact, high-difficulty sourcing outcomes

Clear scope, KPIs, and expectations
•
Strong operational, automation, and data support
