Requirements
•
Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering/Management or related field preferred
•
5–10 years managing commercial construction projects in the field
•
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects with strong knowledge of construction processes
•
Skilled in site scheduling, labor management, and budget control
•
Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
•
General contractor experience in Higher Education, K-12, or Industrial markets preferred
•
Willingness to travel in-state for project needs
