Your Opportunity
We are seeking an Epic Training & Support Specialist to provideend-user support, workflow assistance, and training, particularly during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This role provides frontline support and training to end users, working closely with analyst and build teams to relay real-world feedback.

What you will do
•
Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and operational staff during go-lives and major initiatives
•
Deliver end-user training and workflow education for Epic applications
•
Share feedback on workflow challenges observed during support and training sessions.
•
Serve as a subject-matter resource for assigned Epic functionality
•
Assist with workflow testing, training environments, and end-user simulations
•
Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation
•
Create and maintain training materials and support documentation
•
Support application upgrades and new functionality adoption
What will make you successful here
•
Associates degree or Medical Assistance certification or equivalent experience
•
Minimum of 3 years experience using Epic as an end user
•
Experience providing Epic application support or training in a healthcare environment
•
Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills
•
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience supporting Epic go-lives or large optimization efforts
•
Formal or informal training or instructional experience
