Who you are:
Responsibilities
•
Ensure the normal operation of the WHE facilities and equipment. Responsible for development, validation, documentation and maintenance of electrical control solutions related to WHE production activity. Support WHE footprint transformation project.
About the job:
•
Responsibility and maintenance all equipment and facilities electrical control system such as instrument HMI & PLC system.
•
Responsible for PLC programming, configuration HMI, responsible for electrical control project technical guidance.
•
Implement TPM and CI to prevention to eliminate hidden dangers; collaboration team members participate in ALPS activities .
•
Project participation, installation, commissioning, operation to provide technical support, with other departments to complete the design, development and testing of automatic control project.
•
Analysis and monitor equipment’s operation, be well know with status of the automatic equipment, initiate management of spare parts requisition in advance.
•
Plan maintenance and budget analyse report termly.
•
Put safety in priority in all work and compliant with MSDS policy.
•
Train and guide relevant person on the implementation of electrical processes and the realizable solution.
What you know:
•
Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above / mechatronics major or electrical automation engineering related.
•
Skills: Proficient in writing AB and Siemens PLC programs, developing HMI 、host computer software; proficient in using CAD and Eplan software to design and draft; understanding SQL databases, VBA programming; with industrial control instrumentation, electrical equipment maintenance experience. Have good drive skills and can take initiatives managing tasks and activities independently, taking decision within the defined area of responsibility. Have good analytical skills, be clear in communication and can manage complexity and ambiguity.

Attitude: Good communication and team work. Be open-minded and team player, able to create good relationship at a professional level sharing knowledge with others, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
