About the role
Over two years, you’ll complete three eight-month rotations across key business functions, providing broad exposure to different areas of the organisation and helping you develop into a well-rounded engineering professional.

What you’ll need (Required):
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
•
Demonstrated engineering capability through academic projects, internships, work experience, or extracurricular activities
•
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•
Effective written and verbal communication skills
•
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
•
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques

Understanding of engineering principles, theories, and concepts
