The Lead Auditor is responsible for ensuring that Noble’s Management System in Brazil remains fully aligned with applicable Brazilian regulatory requirements, ANP regulations, Petrobras standards, contractual obliga-tions, and PEO Sondas requirements and expectations. The position serves as the focal point for audit prepar-edness, management system compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Noble’s Brazil opera-tions.
The Lead Auditor will lead the planning, execution, and coordination of audit readiness activities, supporting operational and functional departments in maintaining compliance and operational excellence. This role is re-sponsible for reviewing and improving policies, procedures, and processes, identifying compliance gaps, coor-dinating corrective actions, and preparing Noble to successfully undergo ANP, Petrobras, PEO Sondas, custom-er, and internal audits.
The position works closely with Operations, HSE, Maintenance, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and offshore personnel to ensure effective implementation of management system requirements and to promote a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
