THE JOB:
As an Environmental Services Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning, restoration and shampooing of all floors. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.86
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
•
Strip, finish, high-speed burnish, spray buff, neutral clean, restore, etc. all floor surfaces as necessary and/or assigned
•
Perform all cleaning, restoration and shampooing of all floors assigned
•
Exercise care in the use of cleaning supplies, methods, and equipment, while following all safety guidelines
•
Report needed maintenance and safety hazards in assigned areas to supervisor
•
Contain and clean hazardous materials covered under the Code Blue specifications
•
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental factors such as excessive noise, seasonal heat and cold, and cigarette smoke
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
•
Knowledgeable of and experience with professional floor care equipment used by (buffer, extractor, high lift)
•
Knowledgeable about various floor surfaces, including wood and marble, and the appropriate processes and techniques required for their maintenance
•
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
•
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
