Position Summary You will be a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory in the Philippines. You will build evidence-based relationships, use local insight to improve appropriate patient care and access, and deliver territory goals. You will work closely with colleagues across medical, marketing, access and supply to provide a joined-up customer experience. •
Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists and local stakeholders through regular in-person and digital engagement.
•
Use scientific knowledge and local treatment guidance to make patient-focused, evidence-based recommendations.
•
Develop and execute territory plans using data and customer insight to prioritise visits and opportunities.
•
Deliver sales and service objectives while tracking performance and adjusting plans as needed.
•
Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure patients benefit from appropriate care and a consistent customer experience.
•
Keep accurate records, follow local laws and company standards, and manage samples, expenses and inventory responsibly. Responsibilities and outcomes you will be measured on

Contribution to team goals and cross-functional initiatives. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
•
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
•
Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales, or an equivalent customer-facing healthcare role.
•
Clear communication skills in English and Filipino for effective, patient-focused discussions.
•
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
•
Proficiency with common digital tools and CRM systems for planning, reporting and insight generation.
•
Commitment to follow local laws, industry codes and company policies in all interactions. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
•
Experience working in the Philippines healthcare market or familiarity with local treatment pathways.
•
Experience with multi-channel engagement or digital customer interactions.
•
Ability to use analytics or business intelligence tools to generate actionable territory insights.
•
Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and local treatment guidance with healthcare professionals.
•
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
•
Growth mindset, openness to feedback and willingness to learn. Work arrangement This role is on-site and field-based in the Philippines. Expect regular travel across your assigned territory.
