Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity is available for a Coordinator, Enrolment and Student Progress to join the Student Administration Services (SAS) team based in Flinders Medical Centre at Bedford Park. Working at the College level, you will play a key role in coordinating high-quality enrolment and student progress services, supporting students and staff across a broad range of student administration activities. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will provide specialist advice, manage complex cases, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the student experience and support student success.
Working closely with the College Manager, Student Administration Services and the Coordinator, Enrolment and Student Progress (Doctor of Medicine), you will contribute to strategic initiatives, support continuous improvement activities, and help review processes and systems to ensure the delivery of effective, student-centred services across the University.
As the Coordinator, Enrolment and Student Progress, you will be responsible for:

Providing expert advice on enrolment, course planning and student progress matters to staff, students and key stakeholders.

Coordinating the delivery of timely, consistent and high-quality enrolment and student progress services, including resolving complex enquiries and cases.

Supporting university-wide enrolment activities and student success initiatives that enhance the student experience and retention outcomes.
•
Driving continuous improvement through the review of processes, systems and service delivery practices.
