JOB TITLE: Securitisation Lawyer - Securities & Asset Management Legal

This is an excellent chance to join the Securities & Asset Management Legal team (SAML) in a permanent role. SAML brings together specialist lawyers working closely with the Global Markets business area for clients in the UK and overseas. The team supports business across a variety of debt capital markets transactions for its clients. Products include securitisations, unsecured primary bond issuance (IG/HY), private placements, social housing bonds and liability management exercises as well as other innovative capital markets products in the ESG, digital and PVLB spaces.
We’re looking for a lawyer to support primarily on securitisation transactions involving various asset classes. These include mortgage loans, credit cards, auto loans and trade receivables. The role covers the structuring and development of transactions through to launch. You’ll also have the chance to learn about other types of debt capital markets transactions supported by the team, and to collaborate on initiatives with colleagues across Legal & Secretariat (L&S).
