## What we’re building towards
Today we’re building Balance’s core credit and underwriting capabilities.
Tomorrow we want those capabilities to become smarter, easier to evolve, and increasingly automated.
We’ll get there by investing in things like:

Turning manual operational work into tooling and automation

Building configurable capabilities instead of customer-specific implementations

Using data to improve underwriting, product decisions and customer experience
