This role sits directly on the trading desk and operates at the intersection of trading, product management, technology, data analytics, and business strategy. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of how data moves through business and technology systems, can transform complex information into actionable insights, and is equally comfortable building a Tableau dashboard, developing a financial forecast, documenting business requirements, or leading a strategic initiative to completion.
Beyond analytics, this individual will lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving stakeholders across trading, product, technology, operations, compliance, and business teams. The role requires someone who can identify business problems, gather and structure requirements, evaluate potential solutions, and drive execution from concept through implementation.
