Finalists will receive a sample monthly KPI report before the final interview. During the interview, you’ll discuss priorities, recommendations, optimization opportunities, and strategic decisions based on the provided data.
The focus is on your marketing judgment, decision-making process, and business instincts—not polished presentations.
What Happens After You Apply
After submitting your application, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record a short 3–5 minute Intro Video. This is the first step in our hiring process and can be completed whenever it’s convenient for you.
Rather than repeating your background across multiple screening calls, you’ll have one opportunity to introduce yourself, discuss your B2B marketing experience, explain how you’ve driven pipeline growth, and share how you leverage AI tools in your marketing workflows. Your video will be reviewed by the hiring team before moving to the final interview.
You can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting it—only your final version will be reviewed.
