Compensation:

Annual earnings: $150,000 – $180,000
•
Bonus: Eligibility for a performance-based bonus after one year

Car allowance: $500/month ($6,000 annually)

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide care primarily in assisted living and board-and-care homes (reducing drive time), with occasional in-home visits. Nurse Practitioner - Required Qualifications

Active NP license in California.
•
DEA registration, NPI number, BLS (or equivalent) certifications.
•
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
•
Experience with geriatrics / assisted living or long-term care preferred.
•
Strong documentation, communication & coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide primary and acute care to geriatric patients in assisted living facilities.

Conduct regular home-style visits within the facility.
