We are delighted to invite applications for a Lead Spa Host/Spa Front of House Lead/Spa Reception Lead to join our Wellness team.

As Lead Spa Receptionist, you will lead our Spa Reception and Spa Attendant teams, setting the standard for how our guest experience looks, sounds and feels. You will take ownership of the smooth running of Spa front of house, ensuring our people, systems and spaces work together to create a seamless five-star experience.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Responsibilities
•
Lead, support and develop the Spa Reception and Spa Attendant teams, creating clear expectations and consistently high standards.
•
Be a visible role model for warm, confident and personalised five-star guest service.
•
Oversee the day-to-day Spa front-of-house operation, including team deployment, coaching, rotas, absence and operational cover.
•
Ensure bookings, treatments, guest information, payments and handovers are accurate and effectively managed.
•
Take ownership of the guest journey from pre-arrival through welcome, Spa experience and departure.
•
Act as the first point of escalation for guest concerns and special requests, resolving them with confidence, discretion and care.
•
Maintain the visual and experiential readiness of the Spa throughout each day, ensuring guest areas feel calm, immaculate and beautifully presented.
•
Regularly walk the Spa environment, identifying and following through on issues relating to presentation, cleanliness, maintenance, supplies or guest comfort.
•
Work closely with Therapists, Wellness colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure excellent communication and a seamless, exceptional guest journey.
•
Support the commercial performance of the Spa through treatment utilisation, rebooking, retail and wider Wellness opportunities.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who combines a natural instinct for exceptional hospitality with the confidence to lead people and take ownership.
Previous experience within a Spa, luxury hotel or comparable guest-facing environment is highly desirable. You’ll also be:

A confident and capable people leader who enjoys developing and supporting others.

Warm, polished and engaging with a natural ability to put guests at ease.
•
Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
•
Confident using booking or reservation systems and comfortable working with operational information.
•
Calm and solutions-focused when handling guest concerns or changing priorities.
•
Commercially aware, with an understanding of how excellent service and strong operations support business performance.
•
Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across different teams.
•
Flexible to support the operational requirements of a luxury Spa, including weekends.
