About the role
We are looking for a Relocation & Employee Experience Specialist to join our People Partnership Team — a role focused on supporting employees throughout their relocation journey and creating a smooth and welcoming experience in our Colombian hub.
You will help employees and their families navigate relocation, support newcomers during their first months, and organize initiatives that help build a strong and connected local community.
Challenges that await you:
•
Support employees throughout the end-to-end relocation process, including documentation, visas, travel, and other relocation-related steps
•
Support employees and their families with practical relocation matters and help them settle into life in Colombia
•
Coordinate relocation travel arrangements and ensure a smooth arrival experience
•
Maintain and regularly update relocation guides, checklists, and other supporting materials
•
Coordinate welcome sessions and onboarding activities for newcomers during their first days
•
Organize the buddy program and pair newcomers with colleagues who can support them during their first weeks
•
Conduct regular check-ins with relocated employees to gather feedback, identify gaps, and continuously improve the relocation and onboarding experience
•
Organize social and community activities, including dinners, sports, hikes, day trips, and cultural events, to strengthen connections between international and Colombian employees
•
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve relocation and employee experience–related requests
What makes you a great fit:
•
Experience in HR, Relocation, People Operations, Community Management, Event Coordination, or another people-facing operational role
•
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
•
Ability to coordinate multiple requests and processes simultaneously
•
Proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to independently solve day-to-day issues
•
Comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
•
B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team, and Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking colleagues
Your bonus skills:
•
Previous experience supporting employee relocation or immigration processes
•
Experience organizing internal events or community initiatives
•
Experience working in an international or fast-growing company
•
Experience coordinating external vendors and service providers
Our ways of working:
•
Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
•
Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
•
Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
•
Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
•

Relocation support to Colombia with assistance for the employee and their family
•
Flexible work from one of our office
•

•
Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
•
Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
•
Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
