The Opportunity
As part of Booking Holdings, a new consolidated B2B division brings together the B2B businesses of Booking.com, Priceline, and Agoda into a unified global platform serving airlines, travel management companies, online travel agencies, financial institutions, and other strategic partners.Booking Holdings’ dedicated B2B division drives global business-to-business strategy and distribution across our premier travel brands.
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office in our Orlando, Florida office.
This role will support: SVP & GM, Priceline Partner Solutions
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to deliver high-impact support to our leaders. This role combines business partnership and operational excellence—ensuring seamless administrative support, streamlined calendar and travel coordination, and efficient expense, vendor, and budget management.
In this Role, You’ll Get To
•
Provide seamless administrative backing to senior executives, proactively managing complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and prioritizing competing requests.
•
Maintain executive to-do lists, tracking reminders, deadlines, and action items. Keep leaders briefed on time-sensitive matters while screening, prioritizing, and relaying critical messages.

Draft professional correspondence and written materials on behalf of executives, and assist with the preparation of key presentations.
•
Assist with personal tasks, errands, and special projects as requested by executives to optimize their daily efficiency.
•
Organize ad-hoc and recurring meetings with management, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders. Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
•
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and follow-up materials to keep teams aligned.
•
Coordinate the execution, assembly, routing, and tracking of formal corporate materials, including securities filings, ensuring strict adherence to delegation of authority and signatory policies.
•
Book comprehensive, end-to-end travel arrangements (including itineraries and visas) and process accurate expense claims and reports in full compliance with company policy.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate brings extensive progressively responsible administrative or business support experience, with a background supporting executives and leading high-performing teams. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, a people-oriented approach, strong stakeholder management, proficiency in Google Workspace and Concur, and the ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•
Minimum 7 years’ proven experience in a similar role supporting senior executives
•
Previous experience in event / team meeting planning.
•
Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail, adaptability and collaboration with colleagues.
•
Proficiency in common administrative and productivity tools, including MS Office and calendar management tools.
•
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
•
Ability to work across multiple time zones and to collaborate with numerous Booking Holdings subsidiaries and systems

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
