Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least four (4) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR
• Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board with four (4) years professional experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment. OR
• Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Additional Qualifications:
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.
• First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment.
• Completion of all mandatory training requirements including Relias Learning.
Physical Requirements:
• ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
