THE TEAM
The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Café program to Aritzia employees.
As the Assistant Manager, Internal Café, you will lead the team responsible for delivering extraordinary employee experiences through world-class beverages, exceptional service, and thoughtfully curated moments. THE ROLE
As the Assistant Manager, Café you will lead the team to:
•
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
•
Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.
•
Provide employees with an exceptional dining experience, that is timely and seamless.​​
•
Deliver guests with a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience.
•
Deliver a seamless and operationally invisible experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Assistant Manager, Internal Café has:
•
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage
•
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
•
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
•
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $30 - $35 CAD per hour.
