Join our exclusive three-day immersive programme at our Hong Kong office to discover how the world’s leading knowledge-on-demand firm operates, develop core professional skills, get hands-on experience and connect directly with our people.
Inside the programme: What you’ll do
Over three dynamic half-days at our Hong Kong office, you will:

Explore Global Business: Understand how companies operate, how value chains work, and the role of the knowledge-on-demand industry.

Develop Core Skills: Participate in hands-on skill workshops covering case study cracking, pitching, effective communication, and project management.

Learn & Network: Hear from AlphaSights leaders and receive personalised guidance from an assigned mentor during exclusive mentor lunches.
Who we’re looking for
We welcome ambitious full-time first- and second-year undergraduate students from all academic disciplines across Hong Kong universities. Ideal candidates bring:

Fluency in English (required), with proficiency in additional Asian languages being a strong plus.

A natural curiosity and passion for business and problem-solving.
•
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
