Deep understanding of litigation workflows including document review, fact discovery, case strategy development, and the commercial pressures facing modern litigation practices.
Proven commercial acumen with experience in client development, business development, or strategic consulting. You understand legal procurement processes and can build compelling business cases.
Technical curiosity and learning agility - you can quickly grasp how AI models work, what makes document processing effective, and how to troubleshoot complex legal technology implementations.
Executive presence and communication skills - you can hold your own in partner meetings while also being hands-on with associate teams reviewing millions of documents.
Strategic mindset with ability to identify high-impact use cases, understand competitive dynamics, and translate complex legal requirements into product development insights.
Client-facing experience in professional services, with a track record of building trusted advisor relationships with senior legal stakeholders.
