Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
•
Provide exceptional hands-on care to residents with dignity and compassion
•
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
•
Monitor resident well-being and promptly report concerns to the nursing team
•
Support a positive, resident-focused environment
•
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide quality care
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Current Ohio STNA certification
•
Compassionate and resident-centered attitude
•
Strong communication and teamwork skills
•
Dependability and flexibility to pick up shifts as needed
•
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
